Latest versions and GitHub

Hi,

Apparently Twitter changed something that broke the twitter script for fetching updates. The script was either using the wrong method for fetching the timeline and Twitter was just accepting it, or more likely I set the wrong method. Regardless the old version no longer works for fetching updates so if your bot has been silent...!

In future I probably won't post if there's a minor fix. The latest version of the script can always be found on my GitHub at twitter-tcl. Look there if something is broken and maybe I've fixed it, or let me know!
